HowMuchProAbout us
Pricing software, a local directory, and advertising that reaches real customers.
HowMuchPro is built and run by Kiarrica Labs. We help small service businesses — hair, beauty, tattoo, trades, consulting, freelance and more — charge the right price, get found by local customers, and put their name in front of people ready to book.
Pricing software
A paid monthly membership. You describe the job, we work out the price from your own rates, local market rates, time, labour and materials, and turn it into a quote you can send, track and get paid on.
Business directory
A free public profile for your business — photos, services, star ratings and real customer reviews — so people searching in your area can find you and ask for a quote. Every listing is reviewed by us before it goes live.
Advertising
Paid advertising spots across the site, targeted by town, region or country. Small and medium businesses buy a monthly spot and we show it to the visitors closest to them.
What we sell
Memberships — monthly subscription
- Silver — Quote with confidence$5/mo
- Gold — Know your numbers$15/mo
- Platinum — Grow the business$35/mo
Your first 5 quotes are free, no card needed.
Advertising spots — monthly
- Local — One town or city. Shown to visitors nearby first.$149/mo
- Regional — A whole state or region.$349/mo
- Nationwide — Every visitor in the country.$799/mo
A directory listing is free. Ad spots are approved by us before they run.
How we make money
Two ways: monthly software memberships, and monthly advertising spots bought by businesses who want to reach our visitors. Directory listings are free — we never charge a customer to be found, and we never sell leads.
Payments and refunds
You buy from Kiarrica Labs. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, who also send your receipt. Memberships and ad spots renew monthly and you can cancel any time — you keep access to the end of the month you paid for. All sales are non-refundable, set out in our refund policy.
